RWA Tokenization
Real-world assets as tokens on Ethereum
Real-World Asset tokenization represents defined rights in an asset — a fund, bond, receivable or property interest — as digital tokens on a blockchain such as Ethereum.
The token and the asset are different things. Legal documents, custody and responsible institutions still decide what a holder actually owns.
- Define the rights
- What the token represents, who issues it and how it's valued.
- Verify participants
- Identity and eligibility checks before a wallet can hold tokens.
- Operate and redeem
- Transfers, distributions, reconciliation and a documented exit.
